Thank you for shopping with Pinevibezs (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). These Shipping Terms explain how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our online store.

1. Delivery Availability

We currently provide delivery services within Australia only.Orders outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Order Processing & Time Calculation

  • Business Hours

Order processing is based on the following business hours: Australia/Sydney (AEST / AEDT) 9:00 – 6:00

    • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same business day;

    • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day;

    • Orders placed on non-working days will be processed from the next working day.

  • Processing Time

After order confirmation, preparation and dispatch arrangements will be completed within 1–3 business days.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We select suitable delivery services based on order details. Commonly used carriers include:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

  • Toll

  • Aramex Australia

The final carrier is determined at the time of dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is 5–10 business days.Actual delivery times may vary due to destination address or logistical factors.

5. Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping Fees
    • Orders of AUD 100 or more (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping.

    • Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99.

  • Taxes

Applicable taxes may be included in the order total.All taxes are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed. No additional charges will be applied after the order is placed.

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Order number

  • Payment receipt

  • Shipping carrier information

Once shipped, you may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your order number along with the email address or phone number used at checkout to view order status.

7. Delivery Responsibilities

  • Shipping Issues

If an item is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide relevant details or photos so we can assist you.

  • Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders that have entered processing or shipping stages may not be eligible for modification or cancellation.

  • Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information are the responsibility of the purchaser.

8. Delivery Acceptance

Upon delivery, please inspect the package and items carefully. If any issues are noticed, we recommend documenting them at the time of receipt and contacting us as soon as possible.
